On Sunday, Sept 29th you join the Live Kick-Off Workshop (a recorded option will be available too). In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll learn how to finally have that gentle, restful, soul-nourishing month you’ve been craving. Together, we’ll welcome the new season, dive into the importance of slowing down and making time and space in your life for you + we’ll craft your personalized plan on how to implement the simple, yet powerful practices that you are being challenged to do for the month.

 

Simply put: You’ll leave this workshop feeling ready and inspired to not only take on the challenge but also, approach the new season intentionally and mindfully.

On October 1st, you commit to doing the challenges for 31-days 

Every Sunday, you’ll receive a reflective prompt and walking meditation designed to deepen self-discovery and inspire you to take time and space for yourself.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the amount and quality of information provided in this challenge! Having done a lot of “development” work sometimes I find content in other challenges or workshops is either repetitive or basic, but I found this challenge & all that comes with it to to be super helpful, fresh and unique.
